Cue Station
• 1a. Membership is strictly for registered members only. Access to and use of the facilities is reserved for active members unless otherwise authorised by Cue Station.
• 1b. Memberships are non-refundable. If a member chooses to cancel their membership, or if their membership is terminated with immediate effect due to a breach of these rules, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.
• 1c. Guest Visits:
Members may invite a guest to the venue on up to four occasions per membership year. All guests must be signed in with their details recorded upon arrival.
Members are responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their guests at all times and must remain present with them throughout their visit.
• 2a. Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date your membership begins.
For example: A membership starting on 30 November 2026 will expire on 29 November 2027.
• 2b. Any memberships purchased before Cue Station opens on 1 September 2026 will all expire on 31 August 2027, regardless of the purchase date.
• 2c. Membership Renewal: We will contact you within 4 weeks of your membership expiring to decide if you would like your membership renewed or cancelled.
• 2d. Festive Opening Arrangements: Cue Station is expected to close on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day each year.
Should there be any changes to these arrangements, or any additional adjustments to our opening hours during the festive period, members will be notified well in advance wherever possible to allow plenty of time to plan.
• 3a. Cue Station is committed to providing a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for all members.
• 3b. Foul, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate language or behaviour will not be tolerated.
• 3c. Any form of harassment, intimidation, bullying or behaviour that negatively impacts other members, guests or staff may result in suspension or termination of membership.
• 3d. All members are expected to contribute to a respectful and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can enjoy, develop and excel in the sports we love.
• 4a. Cue Station operates a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy throughout the premises and immediately outside the property entrance.
• 4b. The use, possession or supply of illegal drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, which may include termination of membership and notification of the relevant authorities.
• 4c. Members must not attend or remain on the premises while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol if their behaviour affects the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others.
• 5a. To protect our professional playing surfaces, members must use Taom chalk only on all pool and snooker tables. The use of any other chalk is strictly prohibited. Green and Blue must be used on the snooker tables, whilst any colour Taom chalk may be used on the pool tables.
• 5b. Taom chalk is available to purchase from the Cue Station shop and online store for members’ convenience.
• 5c. Pool & Snooker
o 5ci. Jump shots, scoop shots, chipping shots or any playing technique that could damage table cloths, cushions or equipment are strictly prohibited.
o 5cii. When playing pool or snooker, belt buckles must not be worn facing forwards, as they may come into contact with and damage the tables. Please turn your belt buckle to the side or remove your belt before playing.
• 5d. Darts
o 5di. Dartboards and associated equipment must be treated with care and used responsibly. Any throwing technique, misuse or behaviour that may damage equipment, property or create a risk of injury is strictly prohibited.
• 5e. Members are expected to treat all equipment with care and respect.
Anyone who deliberately or negligently causes damage may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.
• 5f. Please use the complimentary wet wipe sachets provided before playing if your hands are greasy, dirty or after eating. This helps maintain the cleanliness and condition of the table cloths and playing equipment.
• 6a. External food and drink are not permitted on the premises unless authorised by Cue Station.
• 6b. Food and refreshments purchased on-site must be consumed within the designated mezzanine lounge area unless otherwise permitted by staff.
• 6c. Members are asked to dispose of rubbish responsibly and help keep the lounge clean and tidy for everyone.
• 7a. CCTV (audio and video) operates throughout the premises for the safety and security of members, visitors, staff and Cue Station property.
• 7b. Members must follow all safety instructions issued by staff and immediately report any hazards, accidents or damage.
• 7c. Cue Station reserves the right to refuse entry or require any person to leave the premises where necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of others.
• 8a. By becoming a Cue Station member, you agree to abide by these Membership Rules and help create a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone. Together, we can provide a venue where players of all abilities can participate, improve, compete and enjoy the sports we all love.
Cue Station reserves the right to update or amend these Membership Rules at any time. Active members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the facilities or holding an active membership constitutes acceptance of any revised rules.

Large screens throughout the venue will show a variety of live Sky Sports coverage, including snooker, pool, darts, golf, boxing and other major sporting events. So even when you’re not playing, there’s plenty to watch. Come for the game. Stay for the atmosphere.
